They sold me a room advertised for $200 free hot breakfast then when I went for check in they told me I don't have free breakfast with my reservation and I needed to call Expedia and ask them to refund me money. Then he asked me for $10 for parking. I asked for the manager and he came and they both were rude and wouldn't honor their false advertising trying to blame Expedia. They have no integrity whatsoever. I paid $200 and got nothing but disrespectful service. I kept my Kool but wanted to really tell them some things. Sad! I'll pray for them but never will patronize again.

We had to pay parking fee even though we stayed there. The bar tender was the only wait staff at the bar, so it took a little while to be served. They put water bottles in you room, if you use them you pay for them, with the cost of the room I'm sure they can give the guest two free waters.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff members were especially kind and helpful. The front desk member named AB was very welcoming, had great customer service skills along with a smile which makes people feel so much better about staying away from home. Great job to everyone as a whole!

If you are flying out of Richmond, there's no better option. The shuttle runs 24/7 and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the food served in the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Left dangling at the airport!
We scheduled our stay at the Sheraton for the night after flying back from the Bahamas. We were scheduled to arrive in RIC at about midnight but our Jet Blue Flight had been delayed more than 3 hours when leaving Fort Lauderdale. We were originally scheduled to arrive around midnight. When we realized we were going to be arriving later, we called the Hotel and we were told that the courtesy shuttle stops running at 1 am - no exceptions (Other hotels around RIC say their shuttles run till after the last flight arrives). After 1 am we were on our own. If you don't know, Richmond is not Chicago or New York. Alternate transportation does not just "hang" around the airport 24/7 . When were arrived around 2:30 am the only ground transportation available were shuttles to parking lots. Fortunately someone took pity on us and gave us a lift otherwise we still might be sitting there. This sucks on Sheraton's part. Sheraton needs to provide offered services for ground transportation whenever, particularly since their primary business is serving the airport.
The room was acceptable. Some major renovations had just been completed to the rooms however the work must have been low bid work. Parts of the work were clearly shoddy and there were parts there was no professional care put into it.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. Top notch property. There was not a single thing that either of us could negatively. Great staff, room, amenities, food, grounds etc. Exceeded all expectations AND we most definitely will return.

Our stay was excellent beginning with the check in with Anthony. He was absolutely wonderful! The room was updated and clean. The hotel was convenient to the airport for our early morning flight.
We left our vehicle at the hotel for six days. The only problem we encountered was getting the shuttle to pick us up. We had to wait 40 minutes and the driver was not friendly (which had nothing to do with our stay at the hotel). However, I probably would park my vehicle at the airport parking lot next time.
