You are only 15 mins from the RIC Airport and less than 20 mins from down town. A mixture of dine-in , fast food restaurants, popular shopping stores near by located on Ironbridge rd.
The guest quarters is fully furnished upstairs and private away from the rest of the home. You have full access to the kitchen, laundry, back yard, fire pit & nature trail.
**As a disclaimer to avoid confusion. This is a shared space with the host. Also, there are small dogs that also occupy the property, and are away from guest**

BEYOND Gorgeous!!!
Nissi was simply a PERFECT host! We had a tad bit of confusion upon arrival because my Stepsis and I didn't realize that she and her dogs would be on property -- but ALL WAS WELL!!!
She is just THE nicest and MOST accomodating host ever and her home was IMMACULATE!!! It was PRETTIER AND CLEANER than ANY hotel and ANY time I travel to the Richmond Area, I WILL be staying with Nissi IF she'll have me back!

First time, great experience!
The owner was VERY nice! We were new to the VRBO experience so we’re a little apprehensive but the owner was so pleasant, we felt right at home. When traveling, it’s so nice to have actual furniture and a refrigerator nearby; and not having to listen to all the usual hallway action was a def plus!

Clean, Quiet and Friendly
Nissi was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to reply if I had any questions. The guest floor and all the common areas were very clean. The pictures represented this townhouse honestly. The location was quiet and perfect for all my needs. Thank you !
