Newly renovated in-law apartment with separate entrance and offroad parking. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and easy access to some of the state's best trails for running, hiking, mountain biking or skiing. Access the mountains for more adventures (Bolton is 20 minutes away) or spend the day shopping and dining in Burlington (20 minutes). Quiet and peaceful place next to the Winooski River. Fully furnished. Monthly rental only.

Cozy unit with separate kitchen, bedroom and living spaces. The living room includes a brand new queen size pull out sofa and dedicated work space. Outfitted with an Apple TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with essentials including local maple syrup. The bedroom is cozy and quiet with lots of space for storage. Shared backyard and grill space.
