Hyatt place is very convenient closer to restaurants and target , 10 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from Richmond university, clean , good breakfast but it’s NOT a 4 stars hotel . No bar, no room service and rooms are big but not well maintained. Overall a good 3 ⭐️ hotel Not 4 ⭐️star in my opinion .

I didn't like the fact that there was no microion the room. I must miss that part when booking but for the price you should have a microwave in the room. For that reason I will never stay there again. Microwave should be provided free of charge.

I particularly enjoyed the staff at the Hyatt Hotel. Dalton was extremely professional with outstanding business communication. He was personable and kind along with the kitchen manager and cook she had the breakfast food seasoned with love. We could tell she like her job as she did it well (I think her name was Mindy). Mike and the other Maintenace staff were all working hard going above and beyond to ensure the premises were well maintained. They were even able to assist me with an issue where I needed crazy glue. Thanks a million for all the hard and diligent work. To Mike the GM we thank you kindly for having such a dynamic crew in Richmond and we will come back to visit as this was a very wonderful stay for us!!! Thanks a million!

My reservations was for 2 queen beds but ended up a king and a sofa bed. The breakfast was trash. One of the elevators wasn't working. There was a long wait for the elevator. The hotel looks outdated. I did not like anything about this hotel.

We stayed a few days earlier and it went very well. The location is 1/2 way between our destinations. This time not so well. This time we were charged a $10 parking fee which was not in listing, last time they gave us waters for all guests in our party but this time only 2, then our TV was not working and had to switch rooms in which I had to go to the desk to get the keys rather then them bringing it to us and nobody was there despite me saying I was coming down. Then I went and got snacks and it was $15 for cookies and a brownie in which I could have gotten at the gas station for $7. I asked them to charge it to the room and when I got up to the room they called and said they don’t have a credit card on file but I had given my card for the parking.The topper was the air wasn’t working in the room and by time I figured it out the kids were all asleep and I was not switching rooms again. Oh and listing says there are in room microwave and there are not.

We stayed for the long President's Day Weekend and were impressed with this property. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. We were comfortable from when we checked in to when we checked out. The only complaint would be one of the two elevators being broken down for the weekend made for a long wait at times to ride. I am sure that issue is being fixed. Also - be aware that there is a $10 charge each day for parking. Although I see hotels doing this more often, when your hotel is connected to the same parking lot as a restaurant and a Target - is it really fair to charge for parking? But, even with this, we would stay at this hotel again as we were close enough to the airport and downtown and far enough away at the same time!

A wonderful experience!
My six-year-old daughter and I stayed one amazing night at the hotel but we didn't want to leave, She had a cheer competition near by and the hotel was conveniently located near the convention center and all the places we like to eat. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for a visit!

Perfect location. Nice size rooms. Tv did not work. Kept freezing and rebooting. Employees were all outside smoking together and lacked professionalism. Hard to identify who employees were because there were no uniforms or noticeable name badges. For what was being charged per night, had higher expectations.

With a prime location near the airport and within walking distance popular of establishments like Target, Marshalls and several other restaurants, guess we’ll have everything they need at their fingertips. The customer service is exceptional, and the morning breakfast is particularly noteworthy thanks to the talented chef. The rooms are just as advertised online, which is crucial for travelers who rely on accurate representation when booking accommodations. The alarm clock in my room was set to 6am by the previous guest I'm assuming. I have difficulty getting to sleep and I was hoping to sleep in to at least 7:00-8:00. Waking up to an alarm clock at 6am ruined my morning!

I loved the location of the hotel. Plenty of restruants and shopping. The hotel was nice and clean. They had great breakfast options. Free bottled water every day. The only thing that I can say that I didn't like was that the pool was not heated. I really wanted to get into the pool to relax. I will stay there again.
