After dinner calls still yielded busy signals…no one picked up in any of four departments. another visit to front desk finally yielded, after 20 min. wait, an engineer with new remote."

"Mostly great stay! Easy and friendly check in, large and comfortable rooms...very nice to have a suite. Cold AC, comfy beds. A few tiny snags....no one answered at guest services when I called, unsure if this was a no one at the desk issue or a phone issue? I called from my cell and got someone. Room service is to go (man, I really miss proper room service!) and just ok, my coffee was cold and no butter for my toast. I don't mind paying extra for room service, but I'd love to receive everything really hot and presented well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property....pricing was very reasonable for uptown Houston too!"
