Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. For those relying on public transport, the property is conveniently located near several bus routes. Major transit hubs and Richmond International Airport (RIC) are easily accessible by car, with travel times varying depending on traffic. You'll find it easy to explore Richmond and the surrounding areas from this central location. Cobweb in many places in the house (even on the light above the dining table, extremely greasy dishes and silverware (there is no dishwasher in this house, we had to wash everything 3 times). At some point I thought this host is getting scammed with the cleaning services. Because they charge 100 as a cleaning fee. It was awesome to use the fire pit, and we used the kitchen to cook dinner together. There was also a lot of seating around the TV for us to play games and watch videos. Had one surprise when I let my dog out back, half the back fence was gone! Heads up for any pet owners, looks like owners might be transitioning backyard to parking spaces, which is fine since the front yard is fenced and works great as well. Welcome goodie basket upon arrival. Very dog friendly with a fenced in large back and front yard. Neighborhood is lovely, picturesque and walkable. Enjoyed the fire-pit as well, but there was glare from tall fluorescent street lamps out back that borders Broad Street. Very quiet comfortable stay. Would definitely return! ##### Irene B. As such, we are frequently renting VRBOs when we come into town to visit family. In the past, we've tried to stay in hip locations near Carytown or Church Hill in order to be where the action is. Invariably, we end up in an old home with lots of quirks and not a lot of room and uncomfortable beds and noisy neighbors. This home looked perfect for us (and our two small dogs) and we could not have been more pleased. We stayed 10 days and had the most enjoyable time of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. The best part of this VRBO, aside from the solitude and privacy, was its proximity to the Interstate. Within three minutes you could be on I-64 headed in any direction you wanted. Each morning my wife and I would put on our exercise gear and go for long walks through the neighborhood (Monument Avenue was about five blocks away). The hosts are amazing people and we hope to be back soon. Five Stars! ##### John L. Space was utilized beautifully with flexible sleeping, additional twin in each of the Queen rooms! Our two doggos had both a fenced front and backyard to play and very thoughtful dishes set out with water all ready for them! Sad we never got to the bottle of wine on the counter for us, but will happily partake next time and appreciated the thought and detail! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Sofa was stained and needs cleaning or recovering. Mattresses were very hard. It was a cold night and the bedrooms were chilly despite the thermostat set at 72 degrees.
