A beautifully refurbished rooftop air conditioned studio apartment, ideally located in the heart of sunny Ribeira Brava, only 100 metres from the seafront and surrounded by all the town centre facilities.  
The bright air-conditioned studio features an open-plan, a fully equipped kitchen and table for two, a King size double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.  
Enjoy the shared terrace with sea and mountain views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you’re visiting for simple relaxation or to explore the mountains and countryside, this apartment is perfectly located and an excellent base to experience the best of what Madeira has to offer

Terrace Sea is perfectly nestled in the centre of the village of Ribeira Brava, a charming seaside town known for its relaxed atmosphere, stunning ocean views, and lush green landscape. Just a short drive from Funchal, this vibrant yet tranquil destination offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, rich history, and modern conveniences.  
There are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the centre of Ribeira Brava, as well as two branded supermarkets and a wide variety of shops, all easily accessible by foot.   
Historical sites like São Bento Church showcase the town’s rich heritage.  
Funchal is an easy 20-minute drive via expressway and motorway, and the airport a further 10 minutes.  
  
Cleaning  
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.  
All linen and towels are provided.  
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.  
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen..  
  
Booking Notes  
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy.   
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  
Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.  
Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00\. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost will apply.   
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.  
A security deposit of 150€ is payable by credit card before arrival.  
The minimum stay is 03 nights.  
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.
