The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms and a living room with two trundle beds perfect for children, garden, private parking on the property, large farm for children's leisure with playground and barbecue. Only 30 meters from the beach of Pedral de Arra (access of medium difficulty), 2 km from the beach of Santa Marina and 1.5 km from the beach of Atalaya in Ribadesella. About 20 km from Cangas de Onís, Covadonga and Los Lagos natural entrance to the western massif of Picos de Europa. About 10 km from the Jurassic Museum of Asturias in Colunga. Only 45 minutes from Gijón and Oviedo and 60 minutes from Santander and the Nature Park of Cabárceno. The area has multiple restaurants of all kinds with traditional cuisine (Casa Pacho in Meluerda at 1 km.) And signature cuisine (Casa Marcial in La Salgar at 17 km). The area is also well known for the Sella River where an annual event of international renown in canoeing occurs. There are multiple active tourism companies that organize activities in nature, from horseback riding, to quad routes and canoeing down the Sella river. The area has many examples of pre-Romanesque Asturian: From the Monastery of San Salvador de Valdedios about 30 km, to the hermitage of Santa Maria de Abamia just 20 km. In short, a week of vacation is the minimum time necessary to know the infinity of attractions that the region has.
