We have been travelling through Spain and Portugal on our motorbike tour and this was our first stop. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location with an absolutely fabulous breakfast. I happened to leave an item at the hotel. I didn’t realise but they notified me the next day and Lourdes was so determined to get this item returned to me, it warmed my heart. We agreed for it to be delivered to another hotel on our way. We turned up today and it was there, waiting, safe and sound. What absolutely fabulous Customer Service. Thank you again Lourdes xxx

We had trouble finding the hotel, as our GPS took us to the wrong location. Also, it's in a pedestrian-only area, so you'll have to park in town, and walk to the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful, but they had somehow missed the fact that we had paid for breakfast. Upon finding out, later in the evening, they asked us what we wanted, but failed to let us know that it was served in a specific place, when we thought it'd be served in our room. No big deal, and the staff was again very apologetic and helpful.

This is a marvelous hotel. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. A central location, but on a pedestrian street, so convenient, yet quiet. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service, lovely staff, very courteous with a positive spirit! Clean rooms with extra little details that were appreciated. Lovely breakfast personalized just to you and all allergies taken care of.

An excellent boutique hotel in town center
The hotel is located in a great location. Room is very Spacey, clean and comfortable. The front desk is super friendly anD helpful. We will definitely return for another stay after pandemics.

Very nice hotel and great staff
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Beautiful rooms very modern in an perfectly renovated villa right in town. Breakfast was very generous and good. The staff went out of its way to make us feel welcome! We added a night to enjoy the beautiful beaches close by.

Superbe boutique hôtel!
Hôtel de charme avec beaucoup de cachet situé dans le centre historique de Ribadeo et a 10’en voiture de la plage des cathédrales. Hôtel à dimension humaine ( 9 chambres au total). Petit déjeuner grandiose et équipe au top!

Hotel maravilloso para descansar y desconectar, en el centro de Ribadeo cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. La habitación que nos tocó, era muy grande con todas las comodidades, baño con bañera y ducha, y bombones de bienvenida. El personal de recepción muy atento y amable.

Todo perfecto
El hotel está en el centro de Ribadeo, es un edificio antiguo totalmente reformado con materiales modernos y con un toque rústico, el personal es muy amable y está todo bastante limpio, muy recomendable.

Bellissimo hotel ristrutturato
Location favolosa. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza con terrazza con vista laterale sul mare al terzo piano. Omaggio in camera di cioccolatini molto apprezzati. Titolare gentilissima ad ogni nostra esigenza. L'hotel è posizionato in zona pedonale, attenzione a google maps che lo segnala a sinistra della piazza invece si trova a destra. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione e per il parcheggio lo abbiamo trovato nelle vicinanze. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Ein Nacht in diesem Hotel ist zu kurz !!!!
Das Hotel ist Mitten in der Stadt gelegen und damit sehr zentral in der kleinen Stadt. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist nett, gescmackvoll und man merkt, dass die Eigentümer Architekten sind. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das super nette und zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption oder auch beim Frühstück. Das Hotel lädt ein, länger als eine Nacht zu bleiben.
