On the ground floor, you’ll find a WC and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. Stay active in the private gym, equipped with a bike, dumbbells, mats, and a yoga ball. Outdoors, relax by the private pool or savor a meal prepared on the electric BBQ while enjoying the serene surroundings.  
The owner resides in the basement, which is completely independent with no access to the villa, garden, or pool. They are available to assist you if needed, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.
