It is an older facility that is being well maintained. The room was fine. I've never seen smaller bars of soap.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Clean property/rooms. Good breakfast. Multiple doors to access rooms that are further from main entrance of hotel. One of the side doors were not secured properly which allowed anyone to walk in without a keycard. I did not feel comfortable about that.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room smelled like axe body spray every time we walked in. It gave me a headache. The Hottub was not available and the staff said it would not be fixed. They served the same thing for breakfast every day of the stay. the flooring in the pool room was chipping off and falling into the pool. The key cards kept not functioning for the doors and would require either standing and swiping repeatedly (3-5 minutes of swiping) or walking to the front of the building to be let in by staff. Not comfortable to stay as a mom traveling alone with young kids.

Great stay at a great price!

Great hotel stay in Rhinelander! The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the family restaurant across the street was great also! The only thing that could be improved is the parking lot lighting because its very dark.
