"This is a great place for a stopover. The room we had was large, comfortable & immaculately clean! Plenty of parking. It is in a kind of industrial area that’s true - but it’s extremely quiet and only 2 - 300 yards walk from supermarkets etc… The lady who owns the complex was extremely helpful and friendly. "I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "This was really a boarding house. I was given my one towel when checking in. There was no TP or soap of any kind. It looked as though there was one employee, and when she was done, good luck getting any help. And there were no female guests, just a bunch of young men. "A welcoming hotel, with clean rooms and good food for eating during the early evening. Staff friendly and approachable. The rooms do have a kettle etc in them so no need to bring your own. The hotel is located on the edge of the city which you can either travel on the bus number 133 from Cologne station (rear Entrance) taxi out the front or walk which will take approx 20 minutes. City sightseeing bus stops 10 mins walk away by the Lindt chocolate Museum/ Factory starting from 10.30."

"The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until a large group of students came in and everything ran out. Other than this, everything was great, the hotel staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and the outside noise was more than bearable for the area would definitely stay here again. One thing is the automatic lights in the hallway are extremely bright if you were there at night. Maybe a half power would be nice for the night time. "
