(895 reviews) This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel. The front desk is not that attentive. I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent. The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room. I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room. (1,001 reviews) A beautiful hotel and room in Frankfurt. A bed like sleeping on clouds and such a great location to explore the city. We will definitely return next time we are in Frankfurt. (576 reviews) NH Collection was a true find! We were pleasantly surprised by our adjoining family room on the top floor with spectacular views. This hotel seems to cater more toward business and professional travelers, as we noticed very respectable etiquette in the dining and common areas. We noticed limited storage space for clothing, and few outlets for charging devices. The room was spacious and the bed was supremely comfortable. Though the bathroom area was a bit small, the shower was incredible. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the train station, not bad at all. We would come back to this property again!
