I saw this one first and it was amazing. It was off to feel like your driving in the middle of no where and then, boom, amazing glacier lagoon! Lol. I couldn't decide which boat tour to do so I chose to do both (at each lagoon). For the tour I actually liked this one better. Cozier, the guide seemed more knowledgeable, and the mountain backdrop was better. Definitely go hang out at the other lagoon on the beach, but I'd vote do the tour at this lagoon. Love the reflections!!! This was approx 3pm in June. O and I don't recommend if you want to try both tours to do them back to back. The lagoons are only 10km/10min from each other, but this tour went over for me so I missed the other one and had to reschedule it for the morning. There were 2 bathrooms on our floor which were clean and remodeled. Kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. Could do with some new pots and pans though. This place had a non-functional shower (our neighbours also couldn't get it to work). I showered myself and my kids by filling a water bottle. Very disappointing after a long day of hiking (there's also a hole inside the shower right through the wall to the outside - I guess a vent used to be there and they never replaced it). One of the bathrooms had a toilet that didn't flush - I had to flush it with a bucket. The blinds in our room were broken - have to be turned by hand. The bed felt caved in and worn out. If it were 100EUR cheaper, I'd say fine. But at this price, it needs a major upgrade. I messaged the owner via Expedia app last night and have not heard back. A shame because our first impression was "this place is cozy". For reference, the night before, we stayed at a place almost 100EUR cheaper and had a private, fully renovated bathroom and two rooms with excellent beds and sheets.
