Just 1 min walk from Laugavegur street, 7 mins walk from Hallgrimskirkja Church.

The Basement studios can accommodate 4 guests including the sofa bed. Furnished with comfortable beds, dinner table, equipped kitchenette with stove, kettle, coffee machine, free wifi and TV, electronic code access, security cameras in the building, this is the ideal choice for your holiday in Iceland.

Great fantastic location. Cute and clean apartment. It was well equipped.The apartment needs black out curtains in the living room. Be advised that the master bedroom is on the ground floor and in the morning some noise is present from the street.
