"It is not a hotel. It is a farmhouse converted into self-contained units, each with own bathroom. Rooms have fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Linen and towels are provided but no food option - bring your own. A very good idea for a buget option in an expensive area. Plenty of parking and area for children and dogs to play outside. Surrounding area is beautiful with paths across the common to Walberswick and Southwold."

"Good locationPlenty of places to eat near by especially The Sole Bay InnWell Equipped Disappointed with the shower hard to control the temperature, needs a new head. The noise from the upstairs flat is very annoying you can hear foot steps and dragging of furniture"

"We were not informed that there was buildimg work ongoing at the property. We had the electrics tripped not once but twice. Meant we had to find the builder to let them know. Woken up at 7.25am by loud banging from the builder the following morning, which is before tge permitted time of 8am for any noise nuisance in the uk. Terrible experience."
