Perfectly suited for families and groups seeking both intimacy and ample space, Vellis Residence comprises two separate buildings, each boasting identical layouts and complete amenities. With a total of 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and expansive living areas spread across 620 square meters and 2 levels in each building, the villa comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests in beds, ensuring ample room for everyone to unwind and relax.

Ground floor

Step inside to discover a sanctuary of modern sophistication, where minimalist decor and upscale furnishings create a chic yet inviting ambiance. On this level of each building includes:
- Spacious open-plan living room area with a large sofa, a PlayStation 5, a 65" Smart TV, and direct access to the pool area.
- Indoor dining area for 10 people

- Fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances

- Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), 43" Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with shower

- 1 WC with washer-dryer

For an added touch of relaxation, the villa offers two shishas with a selection of delightful flavors, available upon request for an additional charge.
First floor
Ascending the staircase to the first floor, the rest of 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms are located in each building, each room featuring luxurious bedding, private balconies with sitting areas, and en-suite bathrooms for added convenience.
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), 43" Smart TV, balcony with sitting area and sea view, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) that can be transformed to a queen size bed with a mattress topper, 43" TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) that can be transformed to a queen size bed with a mattress topper, 43" TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 5: The master suite boasts a spacious layout with a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00m), a comfortable sofa, balcony with sitting area and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, providing the ultimate retreat for relaxation.


Outdoor area
Outside, the expansive 1400-square-meter grounds beckon you to indulge in outdoor living at its finest. Take a refreshing dip in one of the two private swimming pools, complete with hydro massage jets for added luxury, or soak up the Mediterranean sun on plush sun loungers by the waters edge. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit in the sitting area for cozy conversations under the stars, or fire up the BBQ grill for al fresco dining against a backdrop of stunning sea views.
The exterior of Vellis Residence includes the following facilities:
- Pool 1: A private, 92 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.40 m deep, including a child pool 10 sqm, 0.60m deep.
- Hydro massage jet 1: for 6 people, 7 sqm.
Pool 2: A private, 43 sq.m. swimming pool in total, 1.40 m deep, including a child pool 11 sqm, 0.60m deep.
- Hydro massage jet 2: for 4 people, 4 sqm.
One of the pools (the pool 2, a 43 sq.m pool with a child pool and a hydro-massage section), can be heated upon request for an additional daily charge.

- The pool area is equipped with 20 sun beds, 6 bean bag loungers, a poolside shower and 10 umbrellas
