Recently completed, this well appointed villa is set in the picturesque village of Prines just a few miles away from the bustling town of Rethymno. The three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, offer spectacular views either to the mountains and the sea or to the large swimming pool area. The villa has been furnished with the highest quality furniture and art work. The modern well equipped kitchen offers everything that is needed for a stay away from home. The spacious living room boasts large comfortable sofas, a stylish floor lamp and a 43inch flat TV screen, ideal for playing on the Playstation4. The dinning room offers a large table and chairs for a formal dinner indoors. For those who wish to dine outdoors, a large Bbq area with a big picnic table awaits you to enjoy an alfresco dinner under the trees. The 42sqm swimming pool , with child section is set amongst lovely gardens and lawn. The modern, chic design throughout the villa and the peaceful surroundings promise you an experience that you will want to come back to.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines en famille avec nos 2 enfants dans la demeure de Maria et Ben. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long du séjour. Un gâteau et une bouteille de vin nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le ménage a été fait après quelques jours déjà et les draps changés avec de nouvelles serviettes de bain proposées régulièrement. La piscine nettoyée plusieurs fois. L’endroit est très reposant mais une voiture est primordiale a notre avis avec laquelle on atteint le petit village de Prines en 5 min et Rethymno en 15 min. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location et nous remercions encore nos hôtes pour les attentions reçues à notre départ (huile d’olive et Raki de leur production). Nous reviendrons certainement.

Hervorragende Unterkunft und super nette Gastgeber

Wir waren zum ersten mal auf Kreta und haben dabei diese phantastische Villa gewählt. Hier war alles perfekt und sehr gut vorbereitet durch den Gastgeber (Kuchen und Wein zur Begrüßung). Die zwei Kinder (2+7 Jahre) konnten hier ordentlich rumtoben ohne jemanden zu stören. Leider brauchte es bei den Anfang April vorhandenen temperaturen viel Mut in den pool zu springen. Noch einmal vielen Dank an Ben&Co für die sehr aufmerksame Betreuung während unseres Urlaubs. Elli, Torsten, Christin, Lauri und Nike

Beautiful Villa and Amazing Hosts

Both Villa Chloe and hosts Maria and Ben are fabulous! The villa itself is spotlessly clean with an amazing pool and garden that has lots of space and is completely private. The villa is beautifully done and has everything you need for a holiday in the sun. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for us, but there is more than enough room for another 2 adults with each bedroom having access to their own bathroom. The welcome gifts of wine and yummy biscuits was very much appreciated, along with the goodbye gifts of olive oil from the olive trees on the property and raki. The views from the large terrace upstairs are stunning and a great place to enjoy the sunset. Maria and Ben are incredible hosts and the communication with Maria was very friendly and helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had a great time. They offer a great cleaning service with regular towel and sheet changes. We couldn’t recommend this villa more and I hope we can return again soon!

Fantastic villa and holiday

Villa Chloe We spent 2 weeks in Villa Chole the end of May this year. On arrival the Villa was beyond our expectations, Ben and Maria had also left us handmade biscuits, sweets and a really nice bottle of white wine. The Villa is beautiful, impeccably clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you would need. Also the furnishing is very homely and modern. They is lots of wardrobe space in the bedrooms. All the three bathrooms are lovely also. Lots of white fluffy towels and also hairdryers. The pool area is great and also very clean. It’s also very private and quite and we spend many hours by the pool relaxing. We also used the bbq area lots of times and enjoyed the alfresco eating experience under the beautiful olive trees. The terrace upstairs is very big and has stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Rethymno town is a 10 min drive away and it’s very vibrant with lots of Restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Maria from the start was helpful regards directions from the airport, to being so attentive regards our arrival she even texted to see that we had landed . Besides the quality of the villa Ben and Marie went above and beyond regards recommendations, for supermarkets, butchers, restaurants. Our daughter who is getting married in Crete next summer came out with her fiancé for our second week and was struggling regards hairdressers a make up for her wedding day. Maria recommend a hairdresser who we think done Maria’s hair for her own wedding and also a make up artist. Between all of us we have sorted the wedding day hair and make up for our wedding party next year.🙂 Marie and Ben are without a doubt the best hosts we have ever come across in all the years we have hired villa’s, going far and beyond. All we can say Maria and Ben thank you and it goes without saying, we will definitely be returning to your beautiful villa. We are still enjoying your going home gift of family olive oil and raki.

Relaxing with no bounds

This place is absolutely amazing - The rooms are beautifully furnished and done with attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with all you need and everything is easy to handle. The 3 bathrooms are just as displayed in the pics. If you like to have a vacation away from all the hustle this is the Place to go. Getting to Rethymnon is easy and fast so if you like the nightlife this is also possible. Ben has been more than helpful during our stay and made us feel very much at home there. The pool is fantastic and we will surely come back!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Fast neues Haus mit mit schöner Ausstattung und reichlich Platz. Gute Anordnung von überdachten Terasse , Pool und Grillplatz. Den Sundowner genießt man auf der Terasse um ersten Stock. Hochwertige Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Am besten sind aber die netten und unkomplizierten Vermieter. Ein Auto sollte man haben, wenngleich einer kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt und 3 Restaurants bach 20 min Fusssweg zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A 5 Star Experience at Villa Chloe

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Villa Chloe. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The villa is superb, both inside and out. Maria , Ben (and Vicky) were so welcoming and kind, they are brilliant hosts. So, rather than repeat the consistently positive comments from the previous guests this year, ( especially the review by Simon M in September) we 100% confirm that this truly is a 5 star holiday experience. This was our first return visit to Greece in nearly 40 years, the “Villa Chloe Experience” will ensure a return visit very soon.

Beautiful villa and great owners

My family and I had a great time at Maria and Ben’s beautiful new villa. The property is located in a quiet and private hilltop location overlooking the sea and surrounding countryside near Rethymo. The villa is newly built (2yrs) and the property itself is immaculate and finished to a very high standard. Every detail has been considered, the bedrooms are large, some with en-suite bathrooms, all with very comfortable beds and lots of nice fluffy towels. Beach towels were provided too. The kitchen has high quality appliances and everything you need to cater for a family. The pool is great for adults and small children too with a separate fenced over area for them to play. The pool itself is not heated and the water was occasionally a little chilly for the kids but the consistent sunshine soon warmed them up. The landscaped gardens are immaculate and great for children to run around and let off some steam. The owners were fantastic and greeted us with homemade cake and local wines and they really made us feel very welcome. They even went out their way to provide us with a baby monitor when we realised we had forgotten to pack ours. Maria and Ben also gave us lots of local restaurant and beach recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The villa is in a really nice quiet rural location and we especially enjoyed watching the sunsets from the upstairs roof terrace. The weather was great and we were able to enjoy lots for alfresco meals outside utilising the various outdoor eating areas the villa has to offer. Rethymo town is less than 10 mins drive away where there is a Lidl supermarket plus the town itself is vibrant with every amenity you need. I even found time to time to visit the local gym on a couple of occasions as well as some great local cafes and restaurants. There are lots of nice local beaches but episkopi beach was a favourite for our children as it was quiet with a huge expanse of sand to play on. It’s worth noting that Crete is a very big island and visiting some of world renowned beaches on the SW of the Island will take 2hr+ driving from the villa so you need plan ahead and leave early to enjoy a day out. Overall we had a great holiday and throughly recommend Villa Chloe but most of all we’d like to thank our hosts Maria and Ben for making sure we had an great time and looking after our every need.

What an amazing, stunning property! The location was lovely, away from the main streets and noise, yet within 10 minutes drive you can be in the centre of Rethymno, an hour you can be in Chania. Beautiful beaches within 10 minutes, (Petros Beach is hidden jewel! Great for snorkelling great cafe and not crowded) The property is new, modern and well furnished. The rooms are very comfortable each en-suite and air conditioned. The pool is beautifully warm and relaxing and a great place to chill at the end of a hot day. Kitchen is fully functioning with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob and all utensils and there is an outside BBQ area and pizza oven! The hosts Maria and Ben were outstanding! Always available to provide assistance with locations and places to visit. very attentive but not intrusive and at the end of the phone. Thank you so much for our first Creten holiday. The recommendations for restaurants in Prines were also great places to eat, all within a 10 minute walk to the village.

Lovely Family Holiday

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Chloe in early July and would strongly recommend it for a relaxing holiday. The Villa is very well furnished , comfortable and impeccably clean. Both Ben and Maria are very welcoming and willing to provide guidance and recommendations without being intrusive. While a car is a necessity, it is a short walk to the local village of Prines and you can get a Taxi to Rethmyno if you want the occasional evening out. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and expect to return in the near future.

Traumhaftes Haus in traumhafter Lage!

Unser Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können! Die Villa Chloe entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt und hat einen erheblichen Teil dazu beigetragen, dass wir unseren Urlaub voll und ganz genießen konnten. Die Vermieter, Maria und Ben, sind sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet und das gesamte "Handling" war außerordentlich professionell und sehr sympathisch. Die Villa Chloe ist großzügig und modern gestaltet und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Haus, Pool und Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage der Villa ist ländlich und ruhig. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum von Rethymnon. Wer nicht soweit fahren möchte, kann sich abends auch in dem kleinen Dorf Prines verwöhnen lassen. Hier ist die Taverne von Giannikos ein Highlight griechischer Gastfreundlichkeit und ... alles schmeckt super! Kurz: Für uns steht schon heute fest, dass wir in jedem Fall wieder kommen :)!

Das Objekt liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend.

Das Haus ist besonders gut aufgeteilt. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein Bad. Der Pool hat den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Das Haus ist super sauber und der persönliche Service durch die Eigentümer macht den Urlaub besonders. Wir kommen wieder.

Great holiday in a 5 star villa

Following are recent stay at the Villa Chloe in Prines Crete we (6 Adults) would like to say what a lovely and well kept homely place this is to stay for a holiday, the villa had everything you could possibly want on a holiday, a peaceful location in a new villa which is beautifully kept that included 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 of which were on-suite and a bedroom with a bathroom next door, a well equipped kitchen and lovely lounge which included a great tv to catch up with the World Cup footy!!! Outside the pool area has 6 sun loungers to relax and laze around the pool which we did most days, there was a terrace outside the kitchen with a big table where we often had meals, their is also a seperate barbecue terrace area which is a few yards from the kitchen under olive trees which we also used at evening times, upstairs the villa has a hugh terrace with table and chairs where we would sit and have gin and tonics watching the sun go down in the evening. The villa wi-fi works really well even around the pool area so you you can keep in touch with home if need be. The villa is set about 10 minutes walk from the small village of Prines which has 3-4 lovely tavernas and a 10 minute drive to Rathymnon, I would recommend a car. Finally we would like to thank our hosts Maria and Ben who were most helpful from booking the villa till the day we left but we’re not intrusive by any means, we arrived to a welcoming pack of goodies and left with the families olive oil and Raki. We left Villa Chloe 100% satisfied and would recommend this villa to anyone, we are already looking forward to returning one day. Thank You Maria and Ben
