This place is a hidden gem! The front desk staff was incredibly nice to check in. Parking is super easy right out front. It’s right off the freeway. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The beds are super comfy. The pillows are nice and the water pressure was great. I’ll definitely be back on my next Reno trip!

I liked the breakfast. Hot tub and pool was fun. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as I would have liked but my overall stay was excellent!

Fox is not a good programming choice for breakfast unless you want only Maga customers. There are many other options such as weather and discovery channels. Even the Marriot channel. Not sure whether this is a national choice or a local one. But in my opinion not a good one.

Expedia charged extra fees for having my kids with us, stating they accounted for an extra person. Questioning the hotel, they stated they do not charge extra for kids. The hotel then claimed Expedia miscalculated the tax and charged extra, and submitted an additional charge they said was for use? Very deceptive practices.

This was an extremely clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel. I absolutely loved how helpful the staff was when we had to deal with the elements for the ride home, referring places to get supplies. It was a good breakfast with many name brand options. The bed was extremely comfortable

Even though we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until 2am…to then have to wake up at 6:30am…beds were super comfy and check in was easy. Shower water pressure could be better (stronger) but overall great stay! Thank you!

I was in an accessible room which had a bathtub. Someone in a wheelchair CAN NOT get in and out of a tub. A wheel in shower with fold down seat is necessary for anyone in a wheelchair. Please correct this!! I will be checking in!

Stayed here to go skiing at Mt. Rose. Super easy and there’s a large shopping mall “across the street” that has most things. Breakfast was disappointing but it was free, Starbucks is across the street anyways. Big rooms with plenty of space for kids and adults. We will be back again.
