« Pas d'acceuil sauf quand on a fait le check in. Ils ne remplissent pas le shampooing, le gel douche etc même pour 4 nuits de séjour. Ils ont un terrain de tennis mais ne louent pas les raquettes. Pas de salle de sport non plus. Les fruits au petit déj sont précoupés donc pourrissent vite et ils servent les mêmes fruits une semaine d'affilé donc à la fin de semaine les fruits sont un peu pourris déjà »

Didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that but the room was great, the place was very clean and the service was excellent. Staff is super friendly - views are so nice. "Seules les chambres avec terrasse acceptent les chiens. Cela n’est pas du tout mentionné par Hôtels.com. Nous l’avons signalé à Hotels.com qui visiblement n’en a rien à faire. Heureusement l’hôtel Esperanto a eu la courtoisie de nous accepter exceptionnellement. Un bon point pour l’hôtel et un très mauvais point pour hôtels.com "
