"The room was small but comfortable. A floor wiper would have been very useful in the bathroom, since after a shower most of the floor was wet, and the only way to dry it was with a towel. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Checking in was easy on the self-service machine. However, this information wasn't readily available and the hotel didn't answer my messages sent via Hotels.com."
