"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"Travel stay at the hotel for one night - four family members need two rooms - neutral late arrival 9pm and asked breakfast time - next morning friendly lady at the standard breakfast buffet (still corona safe) - hotel and room clean whereas the surroundings need some maintain."

"All services are excellent ,staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa is one of the best I have been too. Breakfast fantastic and the restaurant menu excellent the food and service was first class. Thanks for a wonderful weekend."
