The apartment is perfect for a short stay -you are in the very centre and you can get everywhere easily by foot. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Great location

Jo greeted us with a smile and good instructions about the apartment. Information about bakery, groceries and sites of Reims were provided as well, all within walking distance from the apartment. We arrived by train and we were able to walk to the the apartment within 10 minutes (easy walking through a wonderful park area..enjoy the lovely large trees providing tons of shade)

Zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit

Das Appartement war nicht das auf Fewo-Direkt inserierte, sondern befand sich einige Häuser weiter im Parterre eines Hauses ohne Vorgarten. In der Nähe des Hauses befindet sich ein Club und die Besucher:innen haben bis morgens um sechs Uhr fröhlich gefeiert. Leider auch direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster (wo die zweite Schlafgelegenheit war). Dementsprechend schlecht verlief die Nacht. Unter der Woche begannen am Montag am Haus gegenüber die Bauarbeiten und die kleine Wohnstraße war zudem als Umleitung ausgewiesen, weshalb es in diesem Abschnitt mehr Verkehr gab, als in dem im Netz benannten Teil. Das eigentliche Schlafzimmer lag ruhiger nach hinten heraus. Das Doppelbett war allerdings für zwei Personen nicht sehr großzügig bemessen. Wer mit vier Menschen dort unterkommen will, sollte also nicht zu anspruchsvoll beim Schlafen sein. Das Appartement selbst ist funktional eingerichtet, die kleine Terrasse ein erweiterter Raum nach hinten raus zum Hof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist am Rande der Altstadt - fußläufig ist diese gut erreichbar. Der Parkplatz ist in einem Parkhaus und für kleine Autos und/oder Fahrer:innen, die gut rangieren können, geeignet. Ohne den Parkplatz wäre eine Anreise mit der Bahn angeraten.

Sucio y dejado

Buena ubicacion pero apartamento sucio y dejado. Un olor desagradable de cocina rancia penetra al interior de la vivienda desde debajo de la pica de la cocina. Un repintado del apartamento es más que necesario porque actualmente se ve muy sucio. Muy mal equipado, nos sorprende su puntuación. No lo recomiendo y no volveria, siento decirlo. Estuvimos a punto de dejarlo tras la primera noche de las dos que estuvimos.

Eine gute Zeit

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht (Wir haben öfters gekocht, weil man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat). Die Lage ist ruhig und gut, um alles zu Fuss zu machen, man kann das Auto entspannt in der Garage stehen lassen. Jo ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Merci! Ute und Pascal

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist ideal für die Besichtigung der Innenstadt von Reims. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, das Schlafzimmer dennoch ruhig und erlaubt einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist recht klein, zur Straße gelegen, das Schlafzimmer geräumig. Für 2 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Der Garagenplatz ist wegen der zentralen Lage hilfreich, aber sehr beengt und erfordert Geschicklichkeit. Eher für Kleinwagen geeignet.

Nice appartement on walking distance from the centre. Our French isn’t great, but we managed with hands and feet. We misunderstood were we could park. It is not the big parking, but there is a ‘private’ parking; great! The garage door needs to be opended by the owner. There is a cute café on the corner of the street, gives some noice on the weekends. We had a great stay!
