"Very comfortable bed which was surprising to me because I personally have long-term chronic spinal pain from an injury and multiple spinal surgeries. I slept well and awoke fully rested. My traveling companion said the same about the bed she slept on. Also, the room was quiet and there was no problem with getting hot water for our showers. Highly recommend this property. Hotel Denim was the absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I found no problems anywhere."

"We were in Danville for the Styx concert. Our stay at The Holbrook was great! The room was huge and had great seating options ,a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Spotless really. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the Casino was super convenient!"

"The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Can’t say anything negative about her. HOWEVER….the phone in the room did not work, which is a major safety thing for me. There was an older 30-35 Mexican guy right out side my door. He had his music up so loud, you could hear it at the front office more than 1000 feet away. This went on from 9pm until 4am. What’s worse??? He was shouting and yelling at people on his phone trying to over talk the loud radio playing. Finally after 3 hours, I went to the door and window and looked out to see what he was still doing with the music loud and yelling at people on the phone..he saw me. Came up to my door. Started pounding on it. Hitting the glass. What made it far more worse and uncomfortable and unexpected was the phone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk not the police. I was in fear he was going to come and break in. My cell phone battery died and the outlet didn’t work so I could not use the cell. Made me very very uncomfortable and afraid for my safety! Will never come back! Won’t recommend this place either. $108 was not worth getting killed over!!!"

"The bathroom tub had peeling/cracked paint from the tub bottom. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The a/c didnt stay on no matter how low we set the temperature."

"Everything was good except after we showered the cold water faucet would not turn the cold water off. Had to turn the shower head to the off position bur still water kept running. Had to go to the management staff and then they gave us another room but a downgrade from a king bed to a queen bed. Not happy, but it was ok. Also the tub in the new room was cracked Asked about a refund and they offered $5 refund. So probably want be staying there again. "
