In the following days, when heavy snowfall covered the landscape overnight, access remained excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.In the basement, we found everything needed to clear fresh snow, along with the convenience of a washing machine and dryer.The living space was warm and inviting, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. A cozy dining table and a drawer full of games encouraged us to spend quality time together.What truly made our stay exceptional was the sauna area, complete with a tepidarium/resting room. Auch die Umgebung und Lage haben uns sehr zugesagt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es durch die Lage an einer Landstraße. Das ist nicht unbedingt Ideal, jedoch war die Verkehrsbelastung nicht allzu hoch, sodass es uns kaum gestört hat. Es ist alles vor Ort, was man im Alltag so braucht. Auch der Kontakt übers Internet sowie vor Ort hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der nächste Supermarkt (hat auch sonntags geöffnet) ist in ca. 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Direkt daneben befinden sich eine Tankstelle sowie ein gutes italienisches Restaurant. Auch für Unternehmungen mit der ganzen Familie haben die Nockberge einiges zu bieten. Wir sind zusammen mit unserem Hund angereist und alles war super. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Hütte hatte unsere Erwartungen mehr als nur erfüllt. Auch der Hund hat sich von Anfang an Pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Umliegenden Ortschaften geben viel her, was die Freizeitbeschäftigung angeht. Einzig die direkte Umgebung vor der Hütte, war für uns etwas unpraktisch. Denn trotz der wunderschönen Aussicht, gibt es hier keine Möglichkeit kurz mal spazieren zu gehen, ohne erst an der Straße bis zum Skigebiet hinaufzulaufen oder mit dem Auto irgendwo hin zu fahren. Küche sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hier hat uns am meisten die Espressomaschine von Delonghi zugesagt. Harmonisch im gleichen Ambiente, die Kaffeemühle vom selben Hersteller . Wohn und Esszimmer lädt zum gemütlichen beisammen sein ein. Ein Highlight ist auf jeden Fall das Sauna Zimmer . Nach einer langen Wanderung auf der Alm, kann man hier auch im Sommer den Abend perfekt ausklingen lassen. Zum Fernseher und TV Programm kann ich nicht sagen. Das haben wir tatsächlich diesmal in dem Urlaub überhaupt nicht nutzen müssen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, leider gibt es für eine Wanderung rund um das Ferienhaus mit Hund keinen geeigneten rundweg. Hier muss man den Hund einfach ins Auto packen und ein paar Kilometer fahren. Apr 16, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Ein Alpentraum Wir alle waren sehr begeistert. Von der Sauna bis zur Sonnenterrasse wurde alles genutzt. Auch das Schi- und Wandergebiet sowie die nahegelegene Infrastruktur zum Erwerb der Kärntner Köstlichkeiten haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Hütte selbst ist sehr schnuckelig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten alle wunderbar. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Engel. Und selbst bei zuletzt 50 cm Neuschnee war die Straße perfekt geräumt. Sehr zu empfehlen als ruhig gelegene Basis für die landschaftlichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vor allem auch im Sommer. Vielen Dank. ##### peter b. Sie liegt abseits und doch nicht alleine an der wenig befahrenen Straße zum Falkertsee. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die sich für ein paar Tage zurückziehen wollen. Erreichbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber sind hervorragend. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, großräumige Sauna und eine sonnige Außenterrasse.
