OVERVIEW: Relax in luxury at this modern, recently built home located downtown Rehoboth Beach. The family has plenty of room, offering five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a private pool. Upon entering this home, you will immediately notice the exceptional modern design and natural sunlight. One of the most elegant and impressive ocean block homes in Rehoboth Beach. Built in 2021, this custom home features high-end finishes, abundant luxuries, spectacular views from most rooms, and a well-appointed outdoor area with a private pool. The private heated pool is 10x25 and 3ft- 5.5ft deep. The pool will be open approximately from 05/01 to 10/31. The main level offers a fabulous open-concept laundry room with an extra refrigerator, a full bathroom, and access to the outdoor shower. Impressive kitchen with double oven, wet bar, sink, and beverage cooler, BOSCH appliances, and induction stovetop. An expansive island will accommodate eight people and a dining room table for eight. Access the backyard/pool area from the sliding glass doors. The spacious open floor plan and outdoor areas are designed to extend the entertainment, offering an unsurpassed setting for appreciating your beach getaway with family and friends and making true lifetime memories. Upstairs, the primary suite features a flat-screen TV, a seating area with incredible water views, and a private balcony with ocean views. His and hers en suite bathrooms in this primary bedroom with walk-in showers. A second primary suite with ocean views and an ensuite. There are two additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. Two exterior balconies overlooking the pool, access to the outdoor shower, and a fenced-in backyard. LOCATION: Ideally located in North Rehoboth Beach with front-row access to the beach and boardwalk! Soak in the Rehoboth Beach sunshine from sunrise to sunset and relish the beach lifestyle with summer days lounging on furnished patios or balconies. You can easily access restaurants, enjoy tax-free shopping, and participate in day and night activities. Just park and walk everywhere downtown. PARKING: Private driveway for four cars. AMENITIES: Private pool, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, washer, and dryer. The amazing kitchen offers double ovens, two refrigerators, a wet bar with a beverage cooler, and hardwood flooring throughout the home. No detail was left behind! THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents all year! The turnover day is from Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. The pool can be heated in the off-season for a fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking. The basement was constructed to be habitable and used for occupancy with egress windows and standard 2022 safety features. However, guests should understand that the City of Rehoboth does not allow basement occupancy. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. You can't beat the location - just steps to the boardwalk and beach. The kitchen and common areas were open and large - perfect for our family to gather. The kitchen was well stocked, although we had to sharpen the knives. Would have liked to have more bathrooms in bedrooms - the master bedroom has TWO full baths inside the bedroom. Kinda strange. Steps from the boardwalk and beach. Come and go as you please. Large groups easily accommodated (we had 11). There are extra rollaway beds to allow it to sleep more than it lists. Cannot stress the great location enough! Cons: all linens are bring your own or rent. Not a fan of this. Includes bedding and towels/wash cloths, etc. It also doesn’t stock paper products so add paper towels and TP to your packing or shopping list. Safety for older folks is an issue. We had three guests who are 80+ and two more 70+. There are no handrails in showers or tubs and no bedrooms on the main floor so steps are required. We had an accident and needed EMTs because for some reason there are steps DOWN into the bathroom in the basement which is at a lower level than the rest of the rooms. Weird.
