Although the local Rehoboth Beach restaurants are stellar, you will delight in cooking in the wonderful, well-equipped Chef's kitchen. (There's also a gas grill on the patio.) Dine in the lovely dining area or the spacious screened porch which overlooks the yard and the heated, in-ground, salt-water pool. If you happen to have a rainy day while on vacation, no worries . . . you can still binge-watch your shows! There are "Smart" TVs in the living room and ALL the bedrooms. ( LR and MBR have cable TV also.) Work from home comfortably at the master bedroom standup desk or in the upstairs hallway office nook furnished with large desk, computer monitor, wireless printer and paper shredder. Play music in the living room and outside patio/pool area with the Sonos wireless surround sound system. You'll find board games and puzzles for guests of all ages. Features to note: Bed sizes: 1st Fl Master has King bed, 2nd Fl Master has King bed, 2nd Fl BR 3 has King bed, 2nd Fl BR 4 has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed; 2 off-street parking spaces, 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits supplied, comfortable, quality furnishings and beds, plus so many wonderful upgrades, which will make your stay at the beach the best it can be! We panicked that we wouldn’t be able to find a good replacement at a reasonable price with such short notice. This house was better than original one we had booked. It was absolutely stunning. There was plenty of space for the adults and children. Everyone loved the pool! Everything was easily walkable however we did also take advantage of the parking permits that were provided to shorten our walks at times. The property management company was very responsive. Our only issue was that we paid for linens but ended up with pillows that didn’t have cases. There were extra pillows in one of the other rooms though so we were able to make it work. Overall we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. ##### Danielle D. The house itself was wonderful - everything brand new and in such great shape with a well stocked kitchen and very roomy and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and living spaces. We loved the screened in porch and pool - we enjoyed those in the mornings and evenings and when not at the beach. Not only is the home beautiful but it has a wonderful coziness about it. The furnishings are impeccable yet so comfortable. And since we were there during a very chilly time it was so nice to have the gas fireplace. The kitchen is magnificent and has pretty much every item you could need. The appliances are top of the line. I don’t usually like to cook on vacation but this kitchen made me want to and it was fun! The bedrooms are a good size and with 3 of the bedrooms having king size beds there’s plenty of room to stretch out. Every bathroom in this home is quite lovely particularly in the master bedrooms. My daughter needed to work remotely while we were there and we really appreciated the office area setup and the fast wireless internet that was available. I honestly can’t wait to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the salt water pool and patio out back and the front porch that stretches almost the length of the house. The icing on the cake is the walkability to the beach and downtown area where there are so many choices for dining and shopping.
