Coastal Beauty! L-Efficiency with charming coastal cottage decor. Relax with the calming ocean colors and feel the natural warmth of the sunlight from the patio slider doors into the living room that makes the area bright. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony and having your morning coffee and smelling the fresh salt air. You'll have a nice queen bed and stationary queen murphy bed for sleeping (no need to pull up and down), with a large closet for your belongings. For your listening pleasure a Bose radio and a Smart TV in the bedroom area for viewing and also a cable - TV in the living room. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with separate dining area. There is also an additional closet for storage and shelving for pantry items. Queen, Queen Murphy. WIFI - Cable TV in Living Room and Smart TV in bedroom area.

Lovely stay at the beach

Great condo and location!

We stayed here for a week over Labor Day and the condo met all of our needs - it was super-close to the beach and had a nice balcony to sit out on the days that were too windy for the beach. The place is decorated nicely and had all of the amenities we needed to cook some meals in. The check in process was easy and the property manager was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect size for our small family!

Wonderful condo, clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, beach theme, very nice decor! Nicest unit we've stayed in at Patrician Towers; been visiting since early 1980's!

Location perfect, studio not so much

The location of the studio was very convenient close to restaurants, beach, and boardwalk allowing everything to be within walking distance. The studio apt however I was really disappointed with. To start the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in forcing me to sleep on the couch the entire week and leaving my husband to suffer through it with back pain. We have stayed in many rental properties and never experienced such a terrible mattress very frustrating. Second the vacuum provided in the property was absolutely disgusting filled with dirt and hair spilling out of the vent and when turned on smelled awful leaving a horrible scent in the entire studio. Third there was no DVD player to be found. I never write reviews but left very disappointed and felt something needed to be said.

Can't wait to return

With this being my first visit to Rehoboth, the location was awesome, I appreciated having to not worry about parking, carts were provided in the garage to get everything to our rooms, the room was clean and spacious and gave us everything we needed.
