Beautifully renovated 2BR 2BA Condo w/ pool! Minutes from beach and boardwalk!

Beautifully decorated 3rd floor condo with a comfortable, beachy feel you are looking for on vacation! Located across from the Tanger Outlets, you are close to tax free shopping, restaurants, bars and numerous activities for the kiddos!

Rental includes full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, updated bathrooms and flooring and a cozy screened in porch overlooking the pond and pool.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a full bed. There is a 2nd full bath located just around the corner from the guest BR. A full sized sofa bed is also available in the living room.

Enjoy the wireless internet, Xfinity cable, screened in porch, board games, swimming in the community pool and much more while vacationing.

Fantastic Condo!
Our first time using VRBO for our vacation and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for our 4 day stay, making vacation a breeze! The location was very convenient for going to the beach, boardwalk, or shopping and we didn’t have to hear any noisy neighbors like we normally do while staying in hotels on the beach! We definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Homey base near the beach
This was our second stay at this property, this time in the shoulder season at the coast. It was super quiet, and while we missed being able to use the pool (closed for the season), the unit had everything we needed for a weekend away. Lots of space, ample kitchen supplies, very comfortable beds/bedding. Only bummer was the weather (hurricane remnants) that cancelled one of the reasons we came down - Coast Day. But it was a great place to get away from home for a respite.

Great property right by the outlets and close to everything
We were very happy with this property. Very clean, very comfortable, very convenient for us. We were there for baseball at Sports at the beach, which was about a 25 minute drive to the facility. We never saw the beach during our stay, but took advantage of the shopping and good restaurants. Next time we will definitely hit the beach. The property looks just like the pictures, you won't be disappointed. It had everything you would expect if you were at you at your own home.

Beautiful Condo
I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and the beautiful decor. It felt more like a home than a rental. I commend the owners for maintaining such a nice place. Although I didn't use the pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, beach towels, I really appreciated that we had access to them if needed. The only thing I didn't like was the location (and that wasn't even terrible). I guess I just didn't expect the traffic to be so terrible and this obviously has no reflection of the condo owners. I just felt like I was driving constantly. If I didn't have little kids, maybe that wouldn't of been a headache for me? Overall the condo complex felt safe and the public areas were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with myself and my family!

Stayed 7/2-7/5/22: Gorgeous condo!! 🤩 Decor 👌 Responsive owner! 📲 Clean!! (just not crazy about shower liners) Location on point 👍 Wonderful, enclosed patio/deck area So many amenities, and use of beach chairs (less to pack!) & beach towels available .. Wish we were able to stay an extra day, to experience the pool 🏊‍♀️ & outlets across the street.. but was away at the beach 🏖, Midway Waterpark & visiting family in Lewes and Fenwick Island 🦀

Great Condo!
The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was in a convenient location. There is a bus stop that is close by that runs every 10-15 minutes to the beach/boardwalk that we found very helpful. The owner was very responsive to my questions. We definitely will come back!
