This is a lovely building in a great location! Thank you for letting us enter so late. Staying here really made our night great after experiencing a horrible flight delay. We checked in and went out for a bite which was just a few steps away and was a wonderful experience in itself. We slept comfortably and had everything we needed. I hope we can come back to Malta and stay at your lovely hotel again in the near future.

Thank you for carrying our luggage up the stairs.We did not ask but it sure was appreciated. This place is in a good location with a clean room and comfortable bed along with a tasty breakfast. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Really nice room with very friendly owner and a lovely daily breakfast. Room was spacious and clean and all the staff were friendly. Our only concern was the airconditioning which did not cool our room below 28 degrees (although we stayed over in exceptional heat - 40 degrees outside). All in all very good value for money.

Six stars instead of five!

What a welcome! Our room was a bit small but it had all the essentials--and more! It included a room safe for valuables, a frig, nice shower head, balcony, cleanliness and comfort. More than that, we can not say enough about the kindness of the owner who waited with a taxi to welcome us, even though we botched our train details and were 40 minutes late. Terrific hospitality. Nice breakfast. I give it six stars instead of 5.

We thoroughly enjoyed our perfect stay at Domus Nova! The owner Giuseppe was a fantastic host making us feel welcome as if we were visiting relatives! He graciously carried our luggage up the small flight of stairs and upgraded us to a balcony suite making our stay even more pleasant with a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina/Sicily. Giuseppe was extremely knowledgeable, offered several recommendations to visit around the local area including several attractions in nearby cities and took the time to greet us and check in daily. Every morning the lovely Fryline served us espresso/cappuccino and offered a nice selection of pastries, meat and cheese and the friendly staff thoroughly cleaned our room every morning. The room was clean and spacious with a smart tv, AC, and all the amenities-our rainfall shower was very hot with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are centrally located in the heart of Reggio behind Corso Garibaldi just minutes from the Centrale train station. Steps from the resort is excellent shopping historical monuments and amazing restaurants. A couple of blocks from the resort is Lungomare, several lovely beaches and restaurants on the water. Out of all the hotels and B&B we stayed at throughout Italy and USA over the years, Domus Nova was more like staying with family (that you actually like!) we can’t wait to return here again!

Es war sehr schön bei euch. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde sogar ein Taxi vorbestellt vom Flughafen zum Hotel da nächtliche Ankunft. Das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe vorbereitet und reicht vollkommen aus. Wir konnten immer Fragen stellen die uns jederzeit beantwortet wurden. Die Unterkunft liegt im Standzentrum doch ziemlich ruhig an einer Seiten Strasse und Nähe langen Promenade und Bahnhof, Bett ist bequem Zimmer ziemlich gross hat kleinen Balkon und Bad auch okay, wifi gut

Piero was absolutely fantastic! He was waiting for us when our taxi arrived, was the first to greet us with a great breakfast in the morning & made arrangements to make it as simple as possible to leave our luggage after check out so we could tour the town before heading back to Rome. The hotel was a short walk to the square where we found a great little restaurant & a short walk to the Straight. Amazing!

Esperienza molto interessante

La posizione è strategica. Facile da raggiungere sia in auto che per tutte le movimentazioni possibili a piedi nella città. Due passi dalla Cattedrale e dalle vie centrali dello shopping con tutti i negozi che non temono il confronto, ad esempio, con il centro di Milano. Domus Nova è molto ben gestito da Piero che in primis al momento del “check in” spiega tutto dettagliatamente sia per l’alloggio che per la città. La sistemazione è in camere sufficientemente spaziose anche se il bagno era un po’ limitato ma, nel complesso, “bene, 7+”. Ottimo il servizio e la prima colazione continentale, forse potrebbe essere carente per gli ospiti stranieri.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati veramente contenti del Domus Nova hotel. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è molto bello, accogliente e soprattutto molto pulito. Siamo stati veramente contenti e speriamo veramente di poterci ritornare un giorno quando ritorneremo a visitare Reggio Calabria. Oltre le cinque stelle al Domus Nova hotel!!!
