"This is a grand old house, well-kept and beautiful on the Messina waterfront. It was really fun to stay here and we partied on the rooftop terrace until late, enjoying the night view and watching the ships come and go in the harbor. It’s a 15 minute walk to downtown shopping but there is a light rail train that stops right out front. There are some restaurants nearby. We loved the charm. "

"Town House Cavour lived up to its promise. New and modern interior. Large bath and comfortable bed. Good a/c adequate for the space. Large armoire/closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space so we could fully unpack and stow away the empty suitcases. Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do. I highly recommend it."

"We stayed here for a few days in October. Maybe 2 days is enough to see everything in this town. The collection of paintings confiscated from a local mafioso is well worth seeing. Shopping street is OK and we went to a nice vegetarian restaurant."

"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. "Antonio was an amazing host and the house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and the views were incredible!! Antonio’s mother was so accommodating and greeted us even though it was nearly 3am by the time we arrived, on a night before work! She had provided us with snacks and homemade bread.
