Lovely privately owned hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Great selection at breakfast. All it lacks is tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The property is well worth the price. Parking is readily available. Breakfast is very nice. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi is abysmal.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Avia Hotel. It is a lovely family owned hotel that offers a fantastic breakfast. The staff are very friendly. It is very clean and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the town and all it's attractions.

Great location and breakfast
We recommend this hotel for your stay in Regensburg. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Location of the hotel is great! Only few minutes from the highway and in a walking distance from the historical city centre (approx. 15 minutes). Breakfast was delicious and rich! Restaurant in the hotel also serves dinners. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel Avia offers free parking.

Close to many amenities
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was amazing and the room very comfortable. Only negative was no air con while it was so hot.

Good sized rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Would have preferred a proper double bed rather than 2 single beds pushed together. Room did not have coffee/tea making facilities.

Friendly staff and great service. The hotel is a bit outside of the historic district (15 minute walk or bus ride, daily pass 5€ for two adults). But that is the only complaint. This hotel has an amazing staff and a customer friendly ethos. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good selection. Beds comfy, shower strong and plenty of hot water. Quiet and if you’re driving there is convenient parking. If we return to Regensburg we plan to stay again.

Wonderful stay
This was definitely an older hotel but kept up very nicely and clean. the staff made certain there was everything you could need. Breakfast was amazing and service spectacular. I would recommend it especially if you are driving because parking is free and it wasn't far from the old town which was well worth seeing but would have been hard to stay in for lack of parking.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in a good location. On arrival we were not expecting much as the hotel is located on a main road opposite a petrol station. However inside the hotel is very smart and modern. The room was very modern and spotless. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and ther is free parking. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the old town. The hotel has its own restaurant which looked very nice although we decided to eat in the old town. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very pleasant, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Close to historical town centre (15 minute walk or short car trip). Excellent restaurant within the hotel and very good buffet breakfast.

My wife and I liked this hotel. It's not fancy, but very comfortable. Air conditioning or, at least a fan would have been helpful since it was hot. We slept with the windows open but there were no screens to keep the bugs out. The people who worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was impressive.

Breakfast was very good.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Nice location. We always rent a car and they had free parking. Which is important to us. They were very friendly and helpful also.

Avis is outside if the main tourist area. But, it had free parking and that worked well for us. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Good for a one night stay.

STAFF WAS GREAT
I have been to Regensburg a number of times and looked forward to the stay this time. It exceeded my expectations. Regensburg is a city to find much to enjoy (which I did). In addition, the staff at Avia Hotel was very attentive and willing to help. This made the stay even more enjoyable. T. of the staff was always a delightful woman who always was willing to help me out. I will certainly remember her and hope to come to the Avia Hotel again and see the staff again.

Very close to the Old Town
Staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. Breakfasts and the Restaurant food was great. They gave us umbrellas to use and were very informative about their Town. Highly recommend this Hotel

Sehr gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr gutem Frühstück, wenn man es halt mit bucht. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir waren das zweite mal für ein bzw. zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise dort und können es sehr empfehlen. Wir waren immer im Nebenhaus untergebracht und dort war es nachts auch bei offenen Fenster immer noch gut erträglich mit dem Straßenverkehr.

Goede lokatie op loopafstand van centrum, vrij parkeren, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en schappelijke prijs. De lokatie, langs hoofdweg, is niet ideaal, maar de rest maakt heel veel goed.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war ok. Zimmergröße war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig (sehr lecker). Ca. 15 Gehminuten zur Steinernen Brücke. Der Preis ist für Regensburg sehr gut (unser bisheriges Hotel in der Altstadt ist jetzt doppelt so teuer und völlig überzogen!).
