Regal Hamilton Commons Tours and Activities

No room service provided. no towels, bed sheets were changed not even upon request.

Traveled from FL for an event that I was part of. I prepaid for my room, with only owing the resort fee of $150.00. As we were driving from FL to Atlantic City, I called the day before my check in to let them know that I would be arriving late. I thought as long as my room was paid it would be fine. Front Desk Rep stated that if I did not check in by 3am my room would be forfeited. Even though it was paid for. I than added an other person to my room so they can check in for me so I would not loose my reservation / room. Upon my arrival, I checked in at front desk like instructed to get room keys and to put my card on file. I also filled out a credit card authorization form prior to my arrival. They gave the keys; went up to the room to see it wasn't even ready / cleaned. Had to request speaking to the Supervisor after 4th request finally she called for them. And now they I am checked out, they charged my card 2x for the room that was already paid for that I booked through Expedia. They also want to charge you $25.00 for getting your car out of Valet. I really hope that the proper management sees this and makes some changes to their staff training and over all check in proto calls. Very dissatisfied
