"I booked this room for my husband who previously stayed at this location. This time the host did not respond to my phone calls or emails regarding gaining access. When my husband arrived at the guest suite no one was home in the main house. My husband waited in the host’s driveway for over 3 hours for him to come home. Initially my husband was going to request a welfare check (the property was run down compared to his previous stay). He eventually checked with a neighbor. Neighbor advised host was fine and just wasn’t home. My husband ended up booking a hotel. I emailed host advising that I was disputing the charges through my bank. He still hasn’t responded. I don’t think he checks his bookings often enough to see someone has booked his guest suite. Save yourself a headache and DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!"

"Overall the home is amazing. Host is great to work with. A couple of the bathroom towel racks are loose and can fall off. We did pay extra to have the pool heated to 80. It never felt that warm, which was not great. "

"From start to finish everything went smoothly with this immaculate rental. Great location and very comfortable living room, with the nicest couch perfect for a group visit. The mattresses and bedding were all so comfy too. The house is in a very nice neighborhood with large lots and is quiet. Chris made sure any question was addressed immediately in a friendly and professional manner. This was the perfect place for a girls trip with 5 of us. Everyone had their own bed. The sunsets we saw from the viewing deck were breathtaking. We would love to return to Lake Havasu and stay here again! "
