Charming hotel from 1902. Rooms basic but perfectly fine. Lounge and restaurant cozy and welcoming. Very accommodating staff. Right in small village of Red Stone. I had a great time there.

the breakfast was supposed to be open until 1000 on Sunday morning and the kitchen attendant shut it done at 0930. She said she had to start cleaning at 0930 and unplugged all the appliances as started removing the food.

Good location - choose villas 1500-1200 that are right next to the shuttle stop. The shuttle takes you on a loop to snowmass base village every 20 minutes. Going to Aspen requires a transfer though. You get complimentary access to the “Snowmass Club” which is also nice.
