"One of my favorite aspects of our stay was the proximity to sites within the old city walls and to the Roman Aqueduct. We were able to see almost all the old city in a day, and it’s impossible get lost! From the minute we checked in until the morning we left, we encountered very friendly staff who helped us maximize our enjoyment on our 2 day holiday in Evora. The proprietor arranged a one day trip with a private guide to Monsaraz which was super fun! He recommended a great restaurant (O Trovadore). Finally, we had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard with ample space to stretch out and relax with an espresso. The breakfast (pequeno almoco) offered numerous options like fresh fruit and homemade cake) and eggs cooked to order. What a lovely hotel and experience in this unesco town of Evora."

"This place was a true gem in the heart of Evora and provided a great place from which to explore with my family. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped with everything from parking directions to packing breakfast to-go for an early departure. The property is unique much more enjoyable that a traditional hotel setup."

"We arrived at 2 PM. Room was not ready. Check in time was 3 PM. So that was fine. We came back at 3 PM. They needed more time to clean. Staff asked for my CC. They wrote the information on a piece of paper. NOT ACCEPTABLE! no towels in the room which is fine, maybe they forgot, but we recived the towels 4 hours later after 3 calls and going down to the front desk once. Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Their breakfast and set up was the best among the other 10 hotels we stayed."

"Maison propre, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. 2 SDB se qui est parfait pour 2 couples Hôte très gentille, répond rapidement a nos besoins. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait, ce qui fait vraiment plaisir Seul bemol, l'eau de la piscine est gelée. Malgré ça, les enfants ce sont bien amusés, mais je n'y me suis pas baignée , dommage!"
