"Hotel was great and staff/service were also on point. The one issue I cannot seem to understand is why the construction work next door needed to start at 5am. The demolition and disposal of materials in the adjacent property got off to an early start on Tuesday morning. And the windows of my corner room weren't well equipped to block out the sound. Other than that - great experience by the SCP team as usual! "

"Overall I think you should hire a couple like my husband and I to go into your Wyndham properties in grade them for you.on all levels it's a semi remodeled motel 6 room the third stories windows open all the way which is unsafe, TV was small and couldn't hear it very well my husband is handicapped, we having a motorized wheelchair the third floor was thank goodness accessible the room was right across from the elevator. us we were stayed in room 307 the bed that we slept in was at the corner was broke like broke in but after two nights of my sciatic nerve went out. I literally rearranged the bed myself but overall for a motel 6 it was fairly clean thank you for the bars in the bathroom for some handicap accessibility and a staff downstairs are for a hectic weekend with very accommodating overall it was a nice enough room for the kind of overpriced rate but it was Redmond for the weekend, the refrigerator was kind of on the outs,froze fresh fruit. overall it was okay. Thank you for leaving the light on!!"

"Staff was awesome..remember they have a counter with coffee cereal oatmeal and mini cups of drinks but no real food..claiming covid stopped that..they should take that off theirads..false advertising is rude"
