"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at...

"The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe.
