8/10 Very good! (1,023 reviews)
The property was clean and there was plenty of parking. The property is a little out dated and I had to keep having my keys for the room reset. The shower only had lukewarm water. When I arrived I was initially provided a room that was already occupied. Although the staff was apologetic, neither I nor the person I walked in on was offered anything in exchange for this inconvenience and unfortunate breach of privacy. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3 is because the cleaning staff was nice, the room was very clean, location was convenient and had plenty of parking, and given the price it served its purpose.

Location was great, first off. The place reminded me a lot of my first apartment, which made this stay very nostalgic and cozy. Our walk to Kemba Live was only an 8-minute walk, which was nice even in the light rain. The place was clean and had a lot of room and amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and company to others. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we are in the area!

Love the Blackwell for the close proximity to “The Shoe” and had an amazing view of it! We have stayed here many each years event we attended and were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. It smelled musty and saw mold on the tile grout of the shower

The location is great for a concert at the hockey arena! We walked. The bad thing was the co construction outside of the hotel and then they started working the next morning at seven in the morning. That was annoying as we could hear it in our room. But that is not the Hotel‘s fault. We had a great stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it and the little bar that’s connected really did have good food.
