It has a living area with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private balcony and complimentary wireless internet. A wooden, spiral staircase (9 Steps) gives access to a queen bed in the loft. There is a full bathroom and the couch is a sleeper. Guests also have access to laundry/ice, hot tub, arcade room, grills, fire pit, playground, horse shoe pits, and corn hole. THIS UNIT REQUIRES A LOT OF STAIRS - SOME MAY BE STEEP. Room 1: Queen bed in loft area Bathrooms: 1 Sofa sleeper: Yes/first level Smoking: No Pets: No \*Located in Corridor E Total Number of Steps: 33 (there are 6 steps to the landing and 27 steps via the two sets of stairs up to the condo) \*\*PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR \*\*\*We do not provide Paper towels, napkins, etc or coffee.
