It is very private even though there are houses right near by. The house was very clean and well maintained. Had pretty much everything we needed. A little table on the deck would be nice. We were lucky enough to have a few visitors. A deer, duck, geese and a small bear ( luckily kept across the creek). Very private and quiet. Almost everything you need is provided for. One thing we really missed was an outdoor table as we did most of our meals outside over the fire or on the grill. The weather was perfect to eat outside…had to do the old balance on your lap meal. Loved the covered deck, we had one rain event and we just sat on the deck and enjoyed the rain. The location of this property is really neat, in a little neighborhood close to Red Lodge that feels more remote than it is. I spoke with Michaela and Craig twice, and I can say they are among the kindest hosts I've ever experienced. We were allowed to check in early on our arrival day, and they were very helpful with a key issue that was my fault. We felt that the cabin was nicer than the pictures portray and it was very clean.
