The condo is separate and private apartment within this historic triplex house built around 1899\. It was recently renovated with great care. You will find both today’s amenities and last century’s charm. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 comfy twin beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Long term rental possible during some months. Best cleaning practices are used here. Amenities include a full kitchen, living room, gracious dining room with seating for 6, washer, dryer, wifi, flat screen TV, large front porch & back deck & propane grill. Enjoy relaxing or cooking on the deck or take it easy watching the sunset on the generous front porch. Great for couples, groups up to 4 or small families. The backyard is fenced only on 3 sides so it feels private & secluded and still allows for deer & other animals to wander through. Please note that it's definitely not escape proof for dogs. This house is stocked with just about everything and then some. Kathleen was personable and checked in on us. We loved the hanging baskets of flowers in front and back. August 2024 is construction season so just make sure you turn in early-ish so you're ready for "work" in the morning! ##### Samantha C. It was a charming and well maintained old home. Everything we could need and want was in the home. The owner also supplied dog items like a tray and food bowls as well as provided sheets to cover the couch since our boys are both allowed on furniture. Big plus was the backyard!! I was in Red Lodge for work and cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay. The minute I walked in the door, I felt so cozy, comfortable and at home. Kathleen has thought of everything! There was a hand written note to welcome me, a well stocked kitchen, hot tea available, a welcome book with local menus, trails, and activities and a very comfortable, plush bed. The location is ideal. I walked to Marli’s at the Pollard just around the corner for dinner and to the bakery for coffee and goodies the next morning. Everything in town is easy walking distance! I always bring my skis when I visit in the winter. The mountain and Nordic trails are just a very short drive away. winter in Red Lodge felt magical and I cannot imagine a better place for home base than here.
