Foi solicitado o serviço de meia diária após meu voo ser cancelado, o proprietário falou que teria que mudar de flat porque já tinha outra pessoas aguaradando, e que seria cobrado o valor de 1 diária inteira, não fez questão de ajudar (Não mesmo né?). Café da manhã estava incluso no pacote, e eles cobram 50 reais por fora, mas se falar no joke do dono é apenas 25\. Enfim, não recomendo. Só acho que o Hotéis.com pecou em ser bastante claro na oferta e ser claro no anúncio. Man kann also zu Fuss an den Strand gehen. Das Quartier ist sauber und sicher. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch Supermärkte und Restaurants (hohes Preisniveau). Das Einkaufszentrum RioMar ist in ca 10 Min mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Contudo, a acomodação foi num FLAT que existe nas acomodações do hotel, nos andares baixos. O hotel comercializou quartos/flats para investidores que estão alugando como se fosse acomodação no hotel. A administração desse flat é feita por terceiros. Não foram prestadas informações claras no momento da reserva. Não obstante isso, é permitido usufruir dos serviços prestados pelo Hotel. Contudo, quase tudo (café da manhã, serviço de manobrista, por exemplo) é pago à parte. Diante disso, a oferta que é atrativa no preço acaba ficando muito mais cara. Não valeu a pena a relação custo benefício. Outro ponto fraco: junção de duas camas de solteiro para fazer uma cama de casa. O flat fica no Transamérica Prestige Beach Class, mas é administrado por uma outra empresa, a Betel. Portanto, não possui o mesmo padrão de qualidade. Sem contar que tive que esperar o responsável pela Betel chegar no hotel, para autorizar a minha estada no flat, ou seja, do momento em que cheguei até poder entrar no quarto demorou mais de 40 minutos, pois só nesse momento é que foi pedido para fazerem a limpeza do hotel. Ao chegar no quarto nos deparamos como um cobertor bem colorido, como da casa da minha avó, que por sinal não tinha cheiro de limpo, mas os lençóis e fronhas eram azuis lisos e aparentemente limpos. O assento do vaso sanitário era vermelho mas estava soltando o forro, o que causa um certo incômodo ao sentar para utilizá-lo. O frigobar é muito bom, esfria rápido as bebidas. TOME CUIDADO!! Gostaria de avisar que eu me senti ENGANADO. Este proprietário aparentemente possui dois apartamentos. Um no Transamerica e outro no Nobile. Eu tentei fazer a reserva no Transamerica, porém eu fui levado a fazer a reserva nesta empresa. Não sei como eles fizeram isto. No site eles misturam as fotos do Transamerica e do Nobile, inclusive o endereço é dubio. Colocam dois numeros 344 e 420 que são do Nobile e do Transamerica. Hoteis totalmente diferentes. Fiquei somente uma noite e cancelei as outras noites que tinha reservado.
