The house is located 10 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, 20 minutes from the town of Embrun, and just 5 minutes from the Réallon ski resort.

Close to the Durance, the Guil, and the Ubaye rivers, the area is perfect for fishing enthusiasts and lovers of water sports.

Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating setting with exceptional views of the Hautes-Alpes peaks. As you enter, you’ll discover a bright and welcoming living area.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just like at home, with all essentials and basic products provided.

The house includes:

3 comfortable bedrooms, including one designed for children

A cozy living room with Smart TV and a convertible sofa

A bathroom with a shower

2 toilets for added convenience

Outside, you can enjoy a large, tree‑filled garden and a sunny terrace with breathtaking views of Les Orres, Mont Guillaume, and Pic du Grand Morgon — a true postcard setting for your summer holidays.

A barbecue is available for outdoor meals and long summer evenings facing the mountains.

To make the most of nearby Lake Serre-Ponçon, a paddleboard is also provided — perfect for exploring hidden coves, swimming, or simply admiring the scenery in complete tranquility.

The house is the perfect starting point to discover the region: hiking, swimming, water sports, mountain markets, authentic villages, and countless outdoor activities await you all summer long.

In winter, we provide one bag of pellets for the stove. This bag must be replaced before your departure for the next guests.

Walks, relaxation, and local flavors in the heart of the hamlet

Take time to wander through the peaceful hamlet surrounding the house. Just behind it, a small stream flows gently, inviting you to relax.
You can also enjoy a friendly moment playing Mölkky or pétanque — all equipment is available in the house.

From the nearby hamlets of Les Mî and Les Blancs, perched above the village, you can access many beautiful hiking trails.

Don’t miss a stop at Le Fournil de la Mourette, located at the end of the village.Open on Tuesdays and Fridays, it offers delicious artisanal breads and pastries made with passion.

Finally, just a few hundred meters away, the Réallon torrent provides an ideal setting for a refreshing walk or a peaceful fishing session in nature.
