I was disappointed in the room ...although clean and bed comfortable...very outdated.The toilet was so low to the ground...you really had to plan. Is this really the height we wanted our toilets of many year in past.?? Pool looked nice, although we did not use. The fire at the facility may have had an impact on my reservation. I will need to review the Expedia reservation. Normally, I reserve with Breakfast included. Surprised a charge of $9.50 per adult would be charged . We skipped it..but will return to my reservation. At a cost of $215.00...I expected more.

Property under construction (wasn't aware). Rooms outdated. "Breakfast" is a joke, not worth a penny. $5 for a bottle of water. I wouldn't stay here ever again.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Family Inn and found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, offering great dining and sightseeing suggestions. The property was very clean and the indoor pool area and hot tub were lovely after a day out and about. The location is wonderful, you are right in the center of all the shopping and tourism activities so it can’t be beat, but still on a quiet road.

The room was nothing like the picture online. It was old, had to run a dehumidifier in the room because of moisture, Highly disappointed in the room. The bathroom was so small, you needed to stand in the bathtub to close the door. It was very shabby and looked like the room hadn’t been painted in years!

A very nice property, especially for a longer stay... So that you can take advantage of the pools, hot tub, adjacent buffet restaurant, mini-golf, etc. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser in the shower. The A/C worked great. The staff were very helpful. It was close to many Amish places. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was terrible, my reservation did not show up at all. Was given a discount to stay at a worst room than chosen room type. Next morning took shower and discovered two handled old shower that after adjusting to be perfect went from ice old to scalding hot alternating all by itself without adjustment. Told the clerk when leaving my stay was told “oh OK thank You” Would not recommend at all.

Great Hotel in Amish Country
Charming motel located in the heart of Amish Country. Terrific food at their restaurant and bakery. Tons of nearby attractions such as farmers markets, antique stores, farms, and a theater with various plays. The staff is kind and friendly. Do not expect modern decore, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.
