« We had a great day. It was amazing. I would’ve done a 5 star review but an hour even before checkout. One of the cleaning ladies came by and was knocking on the room next to us to see if we were still in the room. Our door was open as we were taking our bags to the car. She then started to clean around the facility before she left because we took too long for her to start cleaning our room. We did check out before checkout time as well. I definitely felt rushed, and it felt very unprofessional...

The host communicated well and we enjoyed the extra comfort items (snack bag goodies, bathroom essentials, ear plugs, fans, games to play, and kitchen items like Saran Wrap and salt and pepper). It was literally steps to the beach and trails and the deck was nice to get a feel for how the weather was before heading out. »

Check in was between 4 & 6, but when I arrived a few minutes after 4:00, the unit had not yet been cleaned & had to wait until 5:15 to get in the unit. »
