Once you figure out where the reception and your room are, it's a lovely setting. On a cherry farm, with a few cows very close. As it's family oriented, lots of kids related noise as can be expected. My studio was big, clean and well furnished, though lacking in storage space for your clothes.

We had a really good time here. The room was spacious, the food in the onsite restaurant was very good. Very good facilities for families with kids and its close to Ravensburger Spieland. Only two areas that we were not happy with: breakfast: not a wide range of choices and every piece is given to you like you are in school, the price of the breakfast is not value for money. The other reason why we do not give an excellent rating is the wifi. We had to complain twice. You have a bit of signal in one side of the room but not in the other. But overall its a very good hotel for families with young children.

Left tired and unimpressed
On arrival the hotel looked lovely, a real family friendly vibe in a beautiful location surrounded by picturesque countryside. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The problem was that the hotel had a private function on whilst we were staying- which reception never mentioned or warned us about- and this ruined the stay for us as loud music and drunken guests kept us up all night. The music lasted until around 3am which in my opinion is really unfair for other paying guests with young children. The breakfast and kids facilities were great but the lack of respect for guests really left me unimpressed. They sell them selves as a family rural retreat but honestly we would have slept better staying in a city centre. When my husband complained about the noise they simply shrugged it off and said no one else minded which I found really dismissive. I therefore would not recommend this hotel to friends with young children as I would hate them to have the same experience.

Place is great for family, we chose a family loft, loggia, the kids had so much fun climbing into the loft it's an attraction by itself, not suitable for seniors though 😊, they can stay in the room, not in loft.

Not really useful as a one night stopover...it is isolated and difficult to find....And is essentially a family holiday destination. Our first night was fine but we were moved for our second night to room 38. This must be avoided unless you are a midget or extraordinarily supple.The living area is fine but the beds are on a mezzanine level reached by a narrow and steep ladder of the kind found on ships.It is almost impossible to reach the sleeping area without cracking your head or shoulders and once there you have to stay bent as the roof slopes and the beam above you is no more than five feet from the floor. As for descending in the middle of the night for a loo visit - make sure you have comprehensive travel insurance! The beds are effectively futons so unless you are athletic you may have trouble getting down to mattress level and even more when getting up....And don't forget the beam above!

Nice place to stay.
We loved staying here. The bathroom does not have a door but it is pretty modern. It wasn't a problem for us as we have a little daughter but it could be uncomfortable if you are traveling with friends. The Rest. was great as well. Recommended !

Awesome for families
The place is amazing for families, heaps to do. We were very grateful for our up grade although as there was only the two of us perhaps it wasn't necessary, thanks all the same. The food was really good and the hostess was very accommodating.

Family retreat surprises
AMAZING - IMPRESSIVE - overall, I was very pleased with this location. it is advertised as a working farm but in Americain standards it would be better classified as a farm retreat. Absolutely great location. rooms, large - spacious - clean.. the front reception lady was awesome - spoke many languages, very helpful and polite. so professional. they also had laundry self-service available - great for a family travelling for weeks to do laundry. very popular with local residents and I see why - awesome.

Sehr angenehmes Zimmer alles sauber und ordentlich, so wie man sich das vorstellt. ABER welches Personal? Rezeption telefonisch nicht erreichbar, kein Rückruf trotz mehrmaliger Nachricht auf AB, Rezeption geschlossen bei Abreise (mit Hinweis ab ca. 9Uhr Besetzt), Service Mitarbeiterin vom Frühstücksbüfett...völlig genervt & gestresst, kein Guten Morgen, kein Kontakt zu irgendeinem Gast, dafür alle zwei Minuten das Handy gecheckt...dass alles kann man beobachten, wenn man in der langen Schlange vor dem einzigen SB Kaffee-Vollautomat steht und versucht einen Kaffee zu ergattern. Ich reise in meinem Beruf sehr viel, aber für ein solchen Frühstückspreis darf man definitiv etwas anderes bieten. Wirklich Schade, denn diese Unterkunft ist sicherlich (wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind) eine schöne Anlage - doch am Service-Konzept MUSS DRINGEND gearbeitet werden.

Zu viele Hundebesitzer, im Hof mehrfach Hundekot und sogar im Aussenbereich auf der Veranda zum Zimmer. Anlage befindet sich noch im Umbau, wird sicherlich sehr schön wenn es fertig ist

Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer ist grausam, dann das permanente Türen zugeschlagen. Für mich keine Weiterempfehlung oder man trennt den Tragt Kinder und Erwachsene. Hausordnung bzgl. Türenschließen wäre ein kleiner Anfang. Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und ungemütlich. Nur ein Shampoo für vier Personen? Meine Kinder wurden von Spinnen gebissen. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, verspätet und schlecht.

Negativ: Wir hatten eine Maisonette Wohnung was wirklich schön war nur konnte man die Dachfenster nicht wirklich öffnen da es wirklich gefährlich war, der Stab dafür war extrem kurz und man musste sich weit über das Geländer lehnen und wen man es doch geschafft hat ist man an die Verriegelung nicht rangekommen zur Info ich bin 1,90m groß. Eine Klima Anlage gibt es nicht nur einen Tragbaren Lüfter wir hatten bei den Temperaturen noch Glück aber bei über 30 C möchte ich dort nicht schlafen. Das Essen was soll ich sagen bei Preisen von 15€ Frühstück bzw. 25€ Abendessen pro Person Buffet erwarte ich sehr viel mehr man kann es mal machen aber nur wenn es nicht anders geht wir hatten auch mal Pizza die war mehr schlecht als recht wer Vegan mag ist hier genau richtig davon gibt es mehr als genug. Positiv: für Kinder ein Traum es gibt eine Spielscheune diese befindet sich im gleichen Gebäude wo man Frühstück bzw. Abendbrot bekommt also kann man essen und die Kinder können schon spielen gehen wen sie wollen, auch die Außenanlagen sind für Kinder Ausgelegt Sandkasten, Traktoren, Bobycars, Tiere und noch vieles mehr. Auch die Zimmer selbst sehen fantastisch aus mit den ganzen Holz das Badezimmer einfach schön auch wen uns die Küche von Ikea (Aufkleber auf den Geräten haben es verraten) uns manchmal zur Weißglut getrieben haben in ihrer Funktion

Selve værelset/lejligheden var nyistandsat, stort og virkelig flot. Problemet var, at der var 33 grader udenfor og ikke en vind rørte sig. Det i sig selv var jo lækkert, men på værelset var der ingen aircondition og ikke engang en fan/blæser til rådighed. Vi svedte helt vanvittigt. Vores tre børn skulle sove på hemsen, men der var så varmt oppe, at de ikke kunne sove der. De måtte i stedet ligge på deres dyner i stuen, hvilket ukomfortabelt. Jeg forstår simpelthen ikke, at der ikke som minimum er sat et par fans ind! Badeværelset var flot, men intet badeforhæng, så hele gulvet sejlede efter et bad. Den lille bademåtte, kunne ikke suge vand efter 5 mennesker. Maden i cafeteriaet var okay, men dyr i forhold til kvaliteten. De var igang med at lave en pool på stedet. Når den bliver færdig, vil det nok være et dejligt sted at holde ferie med små børn, da der var meget hyggeligt med gynger i træerne, store sandkasser og gamle traktorer børnene kan lege i. På den anden side af vejen, er der er hindbærplantage med pluk selv. Men uden aircondition eller anden form for luft, vil jeg ikke anbefale nogen at overnatte der.

+ : Accueil agréable à la réception, même après une arrivée tard le soir. Chambre propre, le nécessaire étant mis à disposition. Lieu agréable, joli et sympa pour séjourner entre amis. Assez proche du Lac de Constance. - : Douche à l'italienne peu pratique pour garder l'eau dans la pièce de la douche. Pas de climatisation (mais un ventilateur :) ) lorsqu'il fait chaud. Très satisfait de notre séjour

We slept just one night and it was relaxing. The 6 and 9 year old kids were delighted by the high beds they had. Good to reach Lindau or Bregenz by car. Not really chap but ok.
