The gîte offers easy access to the region's natural beauty, with picturesque hiking trails and breathtaking scenery. In addition, as the house is adjoining the owners' house, you will enjoy a warm welcome and expert advice to discover the region's hidden treasures, such as the Lavalette leisure center, the Velay Express, the largest Himalayan footbridge in France, or a little further afield, the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings. The house is entered through a small veranda opening onto a large room consisting of a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge area.
The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the grounds located at the rear of the house.
A large laundry room with a toilet completes this level.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and double sink vanity. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte's heating is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
