"This was our 2nd stay at Oxford Suites in Spokane Valley & we are so pleased with the whole experience we have booked again for a visit in September 2025. I love the comfortable bed, the room amenities, and the cleanliness! Staff is helpful, cheerful, & willing to answer questions. "

"The property is about to go through an upgrade. My door handle, which is electronic happen to break down while I was there. The manager went out of her way to get maintenance there to fix it late on a Friday evening. I had to stay locked in my room overnight until later in the next day when it could be fixed properly."

"The Grizzley Motel is a small town gem. Very clean and super comfy. My only complaint was that the blinds didn't close all the way in one side and since you're on the first floor someone could easily look in. But other than that, fabulous stay!!"
