On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room features a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. A well-appointed open kitchen is integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom contains 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 sofabed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, along with a shower, bidet, WC, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace. The second upper floor bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm by 190 cm mattresses, air conditioning, and a private exit to the terrace. The third upper floor bedroom also features 1 double bed of the same configuration, air conditioning, a shower, bidet, and WC, with its own access to the terrace.
